Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns

 

You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for your purchase. Please note that any requests made after this 7-day period will not be accepted.


 

Exchanges

 

Not totally in love with your purchase? No problem! We offer exchanges once per product based on product availability. The item must be returned unused with the packaging intact. Once we receive your request, our team will review it within 48-72 working hours. If approved, our courier will pick up the product in 1-2 working days. We'll exchange the product for your chosen replacement.


 

Refunds or Store Credit

 

Changed your mind or not satisfied? You have a 7-day window to return the product. Make sure it's in mint condition when you send it back. Here's what happens next:

  • Reverse Pickup and Coupon Code: Once your return request is approved, we'll initiate a reverse pickup for your convenience. Upon successful scheduling of the reverse pickup, we'll credit your account with the full amount of the returned item as a one-time use, lifetime validity coupon code. This code can be used on any future purchase.

  • Direct Refund: If you prefer a refund instead of store credit, you can choose that option after we receive the returned product. Once we successfully receive the product at our facility and complete the return process, we will initiate a direct refund for the full amount back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Orders under Rs. 500: No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

  • Orders between ₹500 and ₹999: A 5% tax will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Orders over ₹1000: A 12% tax will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Processing a direct refund may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.


 

Cancellation

 

Need to cancel your order? Simply visit our website or reply with "cancel" to your confirmation message on WhatsApp. For prepaid orders, contact our support team for a refund within 48 hours.


 

Defective/Incorrect Items

 

Received a defective or incorrect item? We'll exchange it for the correct one.


 

Reverse Pickup Facility

 

We offer reverse pickup in most pin codes. If not available, we'll guide you on how to self-ship the product. Use 'Speed Post' for self-returns. Please avoid using The Professional Couriers for self-return.


 

Your Safety

 

Rest assured, your safety is our top priority. We'll never ask for sensitive details like card numbers or passwords.


 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain product categories, like accessories, boxers, briefs, and trunks, are non-returnable. Once you've received your new items, no further exchanges or refunds are possible for that order.


 

Disputes

 

For disputes, legal matters, or issues, the jurisdiction is Ludhiana, Punjab. Focus on fashion, and let us handle the legal stuff.
